1. Introduction

These Domain Terms ("Terms") govern the registration and use of domain names provided by HOSDEX LLC ("HOSDEX," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering a domain name with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Domain Services

A domain name is an identification label consisting of a top-level domain (TLD) and a second-level subdomain. It is structured in the format yourname.com, where "yourname" is the domain name chosen by the Client.

3. Registration

To register a domain name, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to update this information as needed to keep it current. HOSDEX reserves the right to refuse or cancel domain registrations at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for domain registration and renewal as specified in our pricing schedule. Payments must be made in accordance with our billing procedures. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your domain registration.

5. Domain Ownership and Use

You are the registered owner of the domain name, subject to these Terms and the policies of the domain registry. You agree to use the domain name in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. HOSDEX does not guarantee the availability or functionality of the domain name.

6. Rules Applicable to Top-Level Domains

6.1. .LV Domain Names

6.1.1. By registering a .LV domain name through HOSDEX LLC, the Client authorizes HOSDEX to enter into an agreement with the .LV Registry (NIC - the Network Solutions Department of the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Latvia) on the Client's behalf. As a result, HOSDEX enters into two agreements: a service agreement with the Client and an agreement regarding the right to use the domain name with the .LV Registry.

6.1.2. The Client agrees to comply with the .LV Registry's terms and conditions, as well as any future amendments or policies posted on the .LV Registry website. The Client is responsible for monitoring any changes to these terms and conditions.

6.2. .LT Domain Names

6.2.1. By registering a .LT domain name through HOSDEX LLC, the Client authorizes HOSDEX to enter into an agreement with the .LT Registry (Information Technology Department Internet Service Centre of Kaunas University of Technology) on the Client's behalf. As a result, HOSDEX enters into two agreements: a service agreement with the Client and an agreement regarding the right to use the domain name with the .LT Registry.

6.2.2. The Client agrees to comply with the .LT Registry's terms and conditions, as well as any future amendments or policies posted on the .LT Registry website. The Client is responsible for monitoring any changes to these terms and conditions.

6.3. .EE Domain Names

6.3.1. By registering a .EE domain name through HOSDEX LLC, the Client authorizes HOSDEX to enter into an agreement with the .EE Registry (Estonian Internet Foundation) on the Client's behalf. As a result, HOSDEX enters into two agreements: a service agreement with the Client and an agreement regarding the right to use the domain name with the .EE Registry.

6.3.2. The Client agrees to comply with the .EE Registry's terms and conditions, as well as any future amendments or policies posted on the .EE Registry website. The Client is responsible for monitoring any changes to these terms and conditions.

6.4. .EU Domain Names

6.4.1. By registering a .EU domain name through HOSDEX LLC, the Client authorizes HOSDEX to enter into an agreement with the .EU Registry (EURid) on the Client's behalf. As a result, HOSDEX enters into two agreements: a service agreement with the Client and an agreement regarding the right to use the domain name with the .EU Registry.

6.4.2. The Client agrees to comply with the .EU Registry's terms and conditions, as well as any future amendments or policies posted on the .EU Registry website. The Client is responsible for monitoring any changes to these terms and conditions.

7. ICANN Information

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) provides guidelines for domain name registration. Registrants should be aware of their rights and responsibilities as outlined by ICANN. For more information, visit the ICANN website.

8. Renewal and Expiration

Domain registrations are typically valid for a set period. You are responsible for renewing your domain before its expiration date. If you do not renew your domain, it may be suspended, deleted, or made available for registration by others.

9. Transfer and Cancellation

You may transfer your domain name to another registrar or cancel your registration by following our procedures. Transfers and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the domain registry.

10. Liability and Indemnity

HOSDEX is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the domain name or from any dispute related to the domain. You agree to indemnify and hold HOSDEX harmless from any claims or damages related to your domain registration.

11. Changes to Terms

HOSDEX may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the domain name after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or domain registration will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
